Refund policy

We hope you are enjoying your Peluche purchase! In the event of a return, we are glad to accept your unused, undamaged items in its original packaging with tags on within 7 days after receiving your order for a full refund.

Customer will be responsible for the return shipping and a $3 restocking fee per item.

Please email info@pelucheblankets.com with any questions about your order or before sending back your return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

We do not do exchanges.  Please return the item and place a new order.
