Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

During sale and peak periods, processing may take longer.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be prepared on the next business day.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

All orders are shipped via UPS/USPS.

Standard Shipping: $7.00 — arrives within 2–3 business days.

Priority Shipping: $10.00 — arrives within 1–2 business days.

We also offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $175.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

After dispatch, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost on complete returns.
